By accessing and using Simply-Debrid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Simply-Debrid is a premium link generator service that allows users to generate direct download links from various supported hosting services. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.

Simply-Debrid is a technical tool. We do not host, store, upload, index, or distribute any of the files reachable through the Service, and we do not control the content held by the third-party hosting providers our users choose to access. The Service acts solely at the direction of the user, on a link that the user supplies.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account with others
• One account per person is allowed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Access, download, or distribute copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder
• Access or distribute material that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in ours
• Abuse the service or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Use automated tools or bots without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

You are solely responsible for the links you submit and the content you access through the Service, and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights or permissions. Using the Service to infringe copyright or any other intellectual property right is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions provide access to unlimited link generation
• Subscription time is added to any existing premium time
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Neosurf vouchers can be redeemed for premium time
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. Supported hosts may change without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simply-Debrid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party rights

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Because we neither host nor index the underlying files, the fastest route to removal is usually a notice to the hosting provider that actually stores the material. Where a link is within our control, we will act on a valid notice — see our Copyright & DMCA Policy, which sets out how to submit a notice, how to submit a counter-notice, and our repeat infringer policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simply-Debrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that the generated links will always work.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also request account deletion by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Simply-Debrid is registered.
