Simply-Debrid generates download links for supported video, audio, document and file-hosting sites. Selected sites are available for free, while Premium unlocks additional sites and removes the free daily limit.

You can generate download links for up to three different source links per day on sites marked Free. The allowance is shared by devices using the same public IP address. Sites marked Premium require an upgrade.

Premium removes the free daily link-generation limit, gives access to Premium-only sites and removes advertising. Source restrictions, site availability and technical limits can still affect individual downloads.

No. The free allowance resets at midnight UTC each day. Unused links do not carry over to the next day.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Available cards, wallets and local payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on your country and whether you choose a subscription or a one-time purchase.

We offer monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions that renew automatically, plus one-time passes for 30, 90 or 180 days that do not renew. The Pricing page shows current prices and any discounts before checkout.

Sign in, open your Account page and select "Manage Subscription" to open Stripe's billing portal. You can manage your payment method, view invoices and cancel future renewals. One-time passes do not need cancellation.

Cancelling in the billing portal stops future renewals. Your remaining paid Premium time stays available until the expiry date shown in your account, after which you return to the free tier. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments.

We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't used the service. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds after usage are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Generated links are temporary. Try generating a fresh link and check that the original content is still available on a supported site. If it still fails, contact support with the original link and the exact error message.

Supported file sizes depend on the source site, file type and processing required. Very large files or lengthy conversions may fail or take longer to prepare. If a file fails, contact support with its original link and any error message.

Yes. Generate your links on the Simply-Debrid website, then paste the resulting direct download links into your preferred download manager.

We use HTTPS, store account passwords as hashes and process payments through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Some downloads are temporarily cached while they are prepared or delivered.

For signed-in users, the Account page shows the last 30 days of link-generation history, including source links, filenames, sites, timestamps and file sizes when available. IP addresses are also recorded for usage limits and security. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We use third-party providers for payments, email, hosting, security and analytics. Free users may also see ads from advertising partners. What data these providers process and how consent is handled are explained in our Privacy Policy.
