Simply-Debrid is a premium link generator service that allows users to generate direct download links from various supported hosting services. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account with others
- One account per person is allowed
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Download or distribute copyrighted material without authorization
- Abuse the service or attempt to bypass rate limits
- Use automated tools or bots without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions provide access to unlimited link generation
- Subscription time is added to any existing premium time
- Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
6. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Neosurf vouchers can be redeemed for premium time
- All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. Supported hosts may change without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simply-Debrid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Simply-Debrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that the generated links will always work.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also request account deletion by contacting support.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Simply-Debrid is registered.
